Can I pay my rent on-line?

We have CANCELED the PayPal Option as of May 15th, 2011 from a fraud issue with PayPal and money stolen from our account.  We will no longer work with PAYPAL AT ALL.

Other online payment programs will be coming soon.

Yes, we have established a account so you can pay on-line.  And we do have a few that do pay this way.  It works great. 

If you send your rent money from your checking account there should be no fee.  There should only be a fee paying by credit card or the following:
Visa,  MasterCard,  Discover,  American Express, and  eCHECK.

Fees may apply, example 2.9% means:

$ 650.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 668.85
$ 750.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 771.75
$ 850.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 874.65
$ 900.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 926.10
$ 995.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 1,023.86
$ 1,000.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 1,029.00
$ 1,295.00 + 2.9% fee = $ 1,332.56
