Dean Belnap, 805 East 1500 South Bountiful, Utah 84010, and published by the Belnap Family Organization in 1974. The book is now out of print; however, copies of Heritage With Honor are on file with the Family History Library of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."
